AHCA/NCAL LTC Data Cooperative

The LTC Data Cooperative is a novel data resource that assembles skilled nursing facilities & assisted living communities electronic health record (EHR) data. This long-term care provider-led effort, funded by the National Institute on Aging (NIA), serves four key purposes:

1. Healthcare operations/population health analytics
2. Public health surveillance
3. Observational, comparative effectiveness research
4. Clinical research studies
