Jamie Anthony is a nonprofit executive and healthcare leader with over two decades of experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Developmental Options in Pocatello, Idaho, Jamie oversees strategic operations, leads diverse teams, and ensures the organization’s mission is carried out with integrity and impact.
Jamie’s background spans residential program direction, budget development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance within both nonprofit and healthcare settings. Her leadership has been instrumental in the success of multiple quality initiatives, earning her the American Health Care Association’s Bronze and Silver Quality Awards in 2019 and 2023, respectively.
A committed advocate for her community, Jamie has served on numerous boards and committees including the Idaho Health Care Association Board of Directors, the City of Pocatello Human Relations Advisory Committee, and the American Health Care Association’s ID/DD Resident Services Committee, where she currently serves as Chair. She is also a proud alumna of Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck and the Idaho Leads Executive Cohort.
Jamie holds dual BBAs in Finance and General Business, a BA in Social Work from Idaho State Univesity, and is currently pursuing her MBA in Healthcare Leadership at Boise State University. She is known for her initiative, resilience in high-pressure environments, and passion for building inclusive communities through ethical leadership.
